Melanie M. Demps has been a Family Law and divorce attorney since 2002 practicing in the area marital and family law. After graduating from University of Central Florida, Ms. Demps attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida where she graduated Cum Laude. Ms. Demps was an attorney for Dorothy J. McMichen, P.A. until 2008 when McMichen, Cinami and Demps, PLLC was established.

Ms. Demps practices in marital and family law as a divorce attorney. She provides legal support to clients with the other Orlando Family Lawyers at McMichen, Cinami and Demps, focused on domestic cases including divorce, child support and custody, paternity, domestic violence, juvenile dependency, modification and contempt proceedings. She handles all types of cases from simple uncontested dissolution of marriage to complex divorce and custody actions. Ms. Demps is trained to practice collaborative family law which is an alternative to the destructive and uncomfortable aspects of conventional litigation.
