Mr. Fleischmann practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and homeowners’ association (HOA) law. In his diversified practice, Mr. Fleischmann has engaged in wide-ranging participation in both domestic and international commercial and civil litigation matters. In serving a diverse group of clients, ranging from individual homeowners to large international corporations, Mr. Fleischmann has consulted, advised, litigated, and resolved matters involving, amongst others, contractual disputes, tort claims, fiduciary duties, and statutory violations.

Mr. Fleischmann has additionally taught as a Professor of Law at two ABA-accredited law schools. His subject matter expertise focused on real property law and trial evidence, as well as serving as a Director of a legal writing program.

Mr. Fleischmann is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and donates his time to the Volunteer Lawyers Program. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
