| Description | Denise’s real estate work includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and leases, handling real estate closings, drafting covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements and assisting with real estate-related litigation such as partition, landlord tenant matters, or boundary dispute actions. She has experience advising developers and individuals with land use issues during development and with permit appeals before city councils, environmental hearings boards and in superior court in Land Use Petition actions. Denise has experience handling title insurance company claims both on behalf of the title company and as counsel for their insureds. Because many of Denise’s land use or real estate clients (and her husband) are contractors, she also has familiarity with construction matters, such as liens. Denise’s municipal work includes assisting water and sewer districts in condemnation, collection and other matters. |
