Brandon Labiner has spent the early part of his legal career handling a wide range of civil legal issues. Brandon has a passion in assisting his clients and enjoys spending most his time addressing litigation matters, protecting the interests of clients. In addition, Brandon enjoys handling complex matters related to wills, trusts,estates and asset protection.

Brandon was born in New York, New York, and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After receiving his B.S. from the University of Florida, he returned to Fort Lauderdale to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University. Brandon now lives and works in Boca Raton, where he represents clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and probate administration throughout the tri-county area of South Florida.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Florida Young Lawyers Division, and is admitted to practice law at the Federal level of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida (Tampa Division).
