She serves as City Attorney for the cities of West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Randolph, Cottage Grove and Stillwater. Ms. Land is also general counsel to the South Metro Fire Department, a full-time joint fire department that serves the cities of West St. Paul and South St. Paul. She has extensive experience in municipal law ranging in issues from open meeting law, data practices, ordinances, personnel, problem properties, land use, zoning & planning, economic development, residential development, public improvement projects, and many other issues that cities face on a daily basis.
