Ms. Robinson is an associate at Legate Law Corporation and has expansive knowledge and experience in the fields of probate and trust litigation, probate and trust administration, estate planning, and elder law.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated in the top 3% of her class. She then received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, with an Emphasis in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Ms. Robinson competed on the Mock Trial team, and excelled in her Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Legal Research & Writing courses. Additionally, Ms. Robinson represented individuals at the Alona Cortese Elder Law Center at Chapman University, where she drafted documents and appeared in Court on behalf of members of the Orange County Community pertaining to their conservatorships, guardianships, probate, and financial elder abuse matters. Ms. Robinson is also certified as a mediator under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA).
