Marcus Spagnoletti has extensive experience in maritime law, general personal injury matters, international business matters, and general corporate matters. Marcus graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where he was a History major. While at USC, he also studied Italian and Chinese. Marcus moved to Miami, Florida, to attend the University of Miami to focus on maritime and international law. Marcus has successfully represented hundreds of injured offshore workers. He has successfully made thousands of claims for victims of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and currently represents clients in domestic and foreign energy transactions, as well as European and Asian clients in various business matters, while also serving has general counsel to several private individuals and international corporations.
