Michael J. Tisocco focuses solely on immigration matters and he practices before the immigration service and in immigration courts throughout the United States. Michael handles a wide range of cases including removal defense, asylum, non-immigrant visas, deferred action for childhood arrivals, family petitions, naturalizations, U-visas, VAWA claims and adjustment of status. Michael is a first-generation American, a native of the Midwest, and is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to opening this office, Michael worked a partner and an associate for a Seattle-based immigration firm for a number of years. He is also active in the community, serving as a pro bono attorney for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.

While in law school, Michael had the opportunity to work for Vítolo Abogados, a firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well as attend the Faculty of Law at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He was co-president of the Queer Law Alliance and an active member of the Latin American Law Student Association.
